Imaging Supervisor, Acute Location: 1910 Malvern Ave, Hot Springs, AR 71901 Shift: FT | M-F | 0800-1630 What You'll Do Oversee daily staffing assignments and workflow Train, coach, and mentor team members Support performance evaluations and corrective actions Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations (including HIPAA) Maintain service quality and assist with staff development Resolve complex issues and customer concerns Step in to perform staff duties when needed Complete additional tasks as assigned What You Bring Associate's degree preferred (experience may substitute) Relevant certifications (BLS, ARRT, etc.) Strong communication and organizational skills Moderate computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, data entry) Ability to manage multiple tasks and exercise sound judgment Understanding of healthcare compliance and business office standards Why Join Us Comprehensive Benefits: Multiple levels of medical, dental and vision coverage for full-time and part-time employees.
