Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) with Self-Contained General Education Endorsement or equivalent CDE license
• Currently hold, or eligible to obtain, a Substitute Teacher License or Short Term Sub License
• Flexible, collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Experience working with school-age students is a plus, but not strictly required
• Adaptability to fulfill roles across Speech-Language Pathology, Special Education, General Education, and substitute teaching as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate daily with fellow teachers, specialists, and school staff to support student learning and well-being
• Provide high-quality instruction and support to students individually or in groups, adapting materials to meet diverse needs
• Monitor and document student progress, contributing to IEPs and educational planning when necessary
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school initiatives
• Substitute in classrooms or intervention settings when required, ensuring continuity of learning
