Real Purpose. bancroft.org/careers Qualifications We are seeking candidates who are: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or already possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related fields. Experience with Developmentally Disabled or brain injury populations is preferred, but not required. Requirements: High School diploma or GED, valid Driver's License, six months related work experience, or, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field or currently enrolled in a related college program are required. Must currently hold a Valid Driver's License without restrictions and at least one year driving experience. Applicants with poor driving records may not be eligible for employment. Clean Criminal Background. Minimum of 18 years of age required This is an entry-level direct care position.
