RN, Operating Room

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to provide high-quality perioperative care in a fast-paced surgical environment. The RN will coordinate and deliver patient care before, during, and after surgery, ensuring safety, sterility, and adherence to evidence-based practice. Responsibilities include patient assessment, circulating and/or scrubbing, medication and instrument management, documentation, and collaboration with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and techs. The nurse will support patient and family education, mentor newer staff, and participate in quality, safety, and process-improvement initiatives in a compassionate, team-focused culture.
