Data Entry SpecialistFirst - Tek is currently seeking a Data Entry Specialist for a non-profit organization in the Newport News, VA area. Schedule will be 8am to 5pm, M-F. Data Entry SupportResponsibilities:Assist with the administrative functions for programs assigned by COO.Assist all programs with intake, filing, and other duties as assigned.Utilize MS Office tools for collecting and analyzing dataQualifications:Demonstrated ability to prioritize conflicting needs while handling matters expeditiously, proactively, and following through on projects to a successful completion.Experience with calendar management, including the coordination of complex executive meetings.Experience making travel arrangements, preparing detailed travel itineraries and agendas.Excellent listening and communication skills: ability to present information professionally, concisely, and effectively, both verbally and in writing.Demonstrate excellent judgement and ability to solve problems.Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.Ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities and projects.Expertise in MS Office-Excel, PowerPoint, and WordMust be willing to consent to a criminal background check and drug screen.High School / GED2 Years experience minProof of Covid Vaccination requiredFirst - Tek provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, national origin, religion, age, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, genetics, or protected veteran status.
