As part of our team, you will:
- Perform basic job skills under the guidance of a qualified operator.
- Clean and maintain tools and work areas.
- Demonstrate basic math and communication skills.
- Maintain an orderly work area and manage time effectively.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions precisely.
- Adhere to Company Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability policies.
- Collaborate professionally with peers and supervisors.
- Assist others to achieve work center goals.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 6 months of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to perform basic machine adjustments.
- Experience in a regulated industry (cGMP, SOPs, audits, etc.).
- Proficiency in using computers (e.g., email, MS Word).
- Strong communication skills: reading, writing, and team interaction.
Preferences
- Experience with SAP.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing.
- Mechanical aptitude.
Work Environment
The work environment includes handling viral and bacterial hazards, potentially hazardous chemicals, and infectious bodily fluids. You will spend up to 75% of your time standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required. Flexible work hours are necessary to meet project deadlines.
Work Schedule: "Firemen's Rotation" Two 12-hour days (6:00am-6:00pm) followed by two 12-hour nights (6:00pm-6:00am), with 4 days on and 3 days off.
