American Traveler is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an inpatient rehabilitation position in South Williamson, Kentucky. Job Title Travel Physical Therapist - Inpatient Assignment Overview Start Date: 07/13/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 hours per week (8‑hour days, Monday‑Friday) Shift: 8‑hour day shift (Monday‑Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) Shift Pattern: alternating 3×12 and 4×12 shifts (84 hrs per two‑week period) Employment Type: Travel Openings: 1 Responsibilities Provide physical therapy services in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Assess, develop, and implement individual patient treatment plans. Document patient progress and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team. Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Requirements Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience. Active Kentucky PT license (compact or state license). Driver's license with permanent address matching facility location. Two professional references (one charge-level or higher, one supervisor) completed within the last year. Must disclose any background check issues or license hits upfront. Additional Information First‑time travelers eligible. Candidate must reside more than 75 miles from the facility; local candidates are ineligible. Up to 7 days of Return‑to‑Office (RTO) may be considered, submitted upfront; no changes after an offer. Work a major or minor holiday during assignment if required. Previous travelers must take a minimum 6‑month break before returning. Orientation is bi‑weekly. Compensation Pay is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation). A tax‑free stipend will be determined. Housing stipend available.
