You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, manage visitor access, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.80 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri07:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat08:00 PM - 04:00 AMSun08:00 PM - 04:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor and control entry and exit points at a logistics and distribution location, verifying credentials, visitor authorization, and delivery or driver access in accordance with site procedures. Maintain accurate access control records, including visitor, contractor, and vehicle entries and departures, and communicate access concerns to appropriate site contacts. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help identify unauthorized access or unusual activity. Minimum Requirements: A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
