Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Schedule: 37 Hours per Week

Position Overview

We're looking for experienced and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide consultation, behavioral assessments, staff training, and behavior intervention planning within a school setting.

In this role, you'll collaborate with educators, families, and support teams to create effective behavioral strategies and promote positive student outcomes across a variety of educational environments.

What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

• Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Provide consultation to teachers, administrators, and support staff

• Train and mentor school personnel on behavioral strategies

• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary educational teams

• Support positive and inclusive learning environments

• Starting salary of $100,000+ , depending on experience

Hybrid Positions

• South Gilbert

• Tempe

• Ahwatukee

• Salary: $105,000

• Hybrid work schedule

What We're Looking For

• Active BCBA Certification

• Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)

• Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field

• School-based or pediatric experience preferred

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Minimum Requirements:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field

• Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services in schools

• One (1) year minimum pediatric experience preferred

• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice

• Current CPR if applicable

• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
