What to Expect As an Engineering Technician at Tesla, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing assembly processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety in our fast-paced Battery shop. You will collaborate closely with engineers and production teams to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and ensure seamless operations. What You\'ll Do Develop, document, improve, and train to Manufacturing Instructions for all Powertrain processes (Joining, Welding, Assembly, Testing, Equipment).
