Facilities Janitor (3rd shift)

Facilities Janitor (Monday-Friday Overnight 10:00 pm- 6:30 am)

Requirements:

• Responsible for the daily cleaning of production plant facilities, floors equipment, and surfaces
• Production and warehouse floors
• Entrance and exit ways
• Responsible for the disposal of trash
• Separation of trash and recyclable materials
• Collection and replacement of trash containers on the production lines
• Use of compactor machines for both trash and recycling disposal
• Operate a commercial floor scrubber
• Work safely in a production/manufacturing environment, adhering to all company policies, practices and procedures
• Work with a team and individually

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months years of experience in facilities cleaning/maintenance. Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently
• Time management skills to complete all assigned duties daily
• Ability to lift at least 50lbs on a regular basis
• Skilled in using manual and powered pallet jacks
• Use of vacuum cleaner, shop-vac and floor scrubber
