ROUTE DRIVER - MICROMARKET (FULL TIME)

Job Summary We are hiring immediately for a full‑time Route Driver – Micromarket position. The Route Driver operates a company vehicle on an established route to deliver products, maintain and service micro markets, and provide excellent customer service. Location Canteen – 9771 Commerce Parkway, Lenexa, KS 66219. Schedule Full‑time, Monday through Friday day shift. Weekends and holidays as needed. Pay Hourly rate $20.00 to $30.00 per hour, with potential for commission and bonus opportunities. Responsibilities Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for micro market. Provide client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance. Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of micro market and related equipment. Conduct minor service and adjustments on markets; report defective equipment. Ensure truck is loaded properly before each route and follow operational procedures. Inform clients of new products or services, listen to and resolve complaints. Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays or issue sale promotion materials. Accountable for receipt of goods, invoices, delivery tickets, cash, and product. Conduct inventory reconciliation per district procedures. Maintain company vehicle clean, perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections. Perform all job functions safely and professionally. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of driving experience, route delivery or DSD experience preferred. Valid Class C driver’s license (non‑CDL). Must be able to operate company vehicles safely. Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently. Willingness to learn or operate material handling equipment. Works independently, responsible for route; unsupervised 98 % of the time.
