Facility: This established healthcare facility serves the Kennewick community with a 16-bed department dedicated to comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care. The facility offers strong provider support with temporary privileges available for qualified providers with a clean background and completed application. Opportunity: Physician - Obstetrics and Gynecology Job Details: Locum Tenens assignment with dates needed September through December 2026, with potential to extend into 2027 Clinic hours: Monday through Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm; Friday 8:00am-12:00pm Call schedule: 7:00am to 7:00am with a 1:3 call ratio Rounding: Approximately 30 minutes to one hour daily for patients in labor and delivery or post-partum 20-22 patient encounters per clinic shift Active Washington State license or IMLC required; clean history and malpractice required Board certification required; ACLS and BLS certifications required Must be able to manage low and high risk pregnancies FHR interpretation including NST/CST/FSE required OB Ultrasounds - performance and interpretation required; Level I/Screening (viability) required Routine deliveries including vaginal, low forceps, and decision-making for c-section required Complicated deliveries including c-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, and VBACs required Repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations required Office/minor gynecology including IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, cryosurgery, and LEEP required Surgical gynecology including open procedures, laparoscopic diagnostic/minor procedures, and operative/major procedures required Nearest airport: Tri-Cities Airport (PSC) Lodging recommendations: Hampton Inn Kennewick at Southridge or Comfort Inn at Southridge Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
