Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, passionate Sales Executive (US Staffing) to work with us in the IT Staffing & Consulting domain. Ideal candidate should be a dynamic self‑starter, who loves to hunt and acquire new customers and help grow our current US and Caribbean customer base. Able to generate leads & close sales through cold calls and emails for new business development. Minimum Experience Required 3 to 6 Years of US Sales experience, preferably from US Staffing domain Sales training is a plus Academic Requirements Minimum Bachelors/Master Degree Requirements Bring strong set of customer accounts that can be immediately contracted with and staffed 3 to 6 years of Business Development experience in hunting and acquiring new customers in US IT/Software staffing business Experience managing customer accounts, contracts and recruiters Experience working with customers in the US Skilled in verbal, written and oral communication Strong team player with a great attitude Flexibility and willingness to go beyond the call of duty (a go getter) Ability to take ownership and drive issues to closure ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Meet targets for getting IT staffing requirements from US, Europe and Caribbean customers and work with recruitment to fill those requirements Work independently and under the supervision of the CxO team to seek out and acquire new customers’ business in Software IT staffing in the US, Europe and Caribbean markets Work with US, Europe and Caribbean customers to acquire new business Use LinkedIn and other tools to prospect and secure new business from US, Europe and Caribbean in IT Staffing and consulting Build a pipeline of new customer prospects Primarily responsible for lead generation; it’s a plus if you have experience in end‑to‑end sales process—generate leads, qualify, prospect, close and contract Use various tools such as LinkedIn and other means to acquire new customers Work with the recruiting team to staff and fill IT Staffing requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr
