Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: Hardwick, VT

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Varied / Rotating

Job Description: This role provides direct patient care in the evaluation and treatment of outpatients at various sites supported by therapy services. The primary focus is on outpatient physical therapy, with potential responsibilities including the evaluation and treatment of inpatients in settings such as the emergency room, acute care, and post-anesthesia care units (PACU). Participation in the weekend holiday inpatient rotation may be required. Pelvic Floor experience is a significant plus, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in outpatient therapy settings.
• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Deliver therapy interventions to facilitate patient recovery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in inpatient care as needed, including emergency and acute care settings.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Active Physical Therapist license.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
• Pelvic Floor therapy experience is a plus.
