Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist, Oncology - Little Rock, AR

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist in Oncology for a field-based position covering Little Rock, Fayetteville, Jonesboro, and Hot Springs. The role focuses on building relationships with healthcare providers and driving appropriate adoption of oncology medicines through scientific dialogue and customer engagement. The specialist will develop territory plans, maintain clinical expertise, and collaborate across functions to support HCP needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Promote approved BMS oncology product indications within assigned territory to meet sales targets
• Conduct scientific dialogue and in-office presentations to healthcare providers on product information
• Organize external speaker programs and maintain expertise on emerging clinical data
• Collaborate cross-functionally with field teams and internal stakeholders to enhance customer experience
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regional thought leaders and community-based physicians

Requirements

• Advanced scientific degree or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotechnology sales experience
• Ability to communicate scientific and clinical data accurately to physicians
• Demonstrated credibility-building with key customers and healthcare provider networks
• Oncology experience preferred
• Account management skills and proven track record meeting sales goals
• Cross-functional collaboration ability with positive team mindset
