In this role, you will work closely with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans designed to improve behavioral, social, communication, and adaptive skills.The ideal candidate is passionate about making a meaningful impact on children and families through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for children with ASDConduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and ongoing behavioral evaluationsAnalyze behavioral data to monitor progress and modify treatment strategies as neededSupervise, mentor, and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior techniciansProvide parent education and guidance to support consistency in behavioral interventionsDevelop strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors and promote positive behavioral outcomesCollaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care coordinationSupport the development of communication, social, and adaptive living skills in clientsMaintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical and ethical standardsQualificationsBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification requiredStrong expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)Experience in parent education and behavior managementEducational background in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related fieldExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and analyze behavioral dataKnowledge of early intervention techniques and evidence-based ABA practicesPassion for supporting children and families in achieving positive outcomesPreferred SkillsStrong leadership and team collaboration abilitiesExperience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
