Civil Engineer (Land Development)

Industry: Civil Engineering | Land Development About the Role HC Solutions Group is partnering with a growing civil engineering consulting firm in Chicago that is seeking a Civil Land Development Engineer to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a wide range of land development projects while gaining exposure to both technical design and client facing responsibilities. This role offers hands on involvement in site development design, permitting, and project coordination across commercial, residential, and mixed use developments. Engineers in this position will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high quality site solutions from concept through construction. About the Client Our client is a multidisciplinary civil engineering and consulting firm known for delivering practical, efficient, and client focused solutions across land development and infrastructure projects. The firm partners closely with developers, municipalities, and design teams to support projects from early planning stages through final construction. Their work includes site development, utility design, stormwater management, grading, and permitting support. The firm emphasizes a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment where engineers are encouraged to take ownership of projects and contribute directly to client success.
