Ergonomics SpecialistWe are seeking an energetic and engaging Ergonomics Specialist to join our Ergonomics Center team supporting a major airline carrier at Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.In this unique role, you will serve as an ergonomic coach and trainer, helping employees learn safe work practices through hands-on instruction, movement coaching, and operational simulations. Come be a part of a growing organization with a progressive, supportive, and innovative team!Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day shift schedule, no weekends!What will you be doing in this role?Ergonomics Training & EducationLead ergonomic and lift training programs in both classroom and operational settingsFacilitate hands-on simulations and movement coaching designed to improve employee safety and performanceObserve employee movement patterns and provide real-time coaching and feedbackEducate employees on proper body mechanics, injury prevention strategies, and safe work practicesInjury Prevention & Early InterventionProvide proactive injury prevention services, injury care, assessment, and medical triage as defined by OSHA standardsDeliver ergonomic postural education and recommend appropriate interventionsEscalate employees for additional medical care when appropriateErgonomic Assessments & Program SupportConduct ergonomic assessments by understanding site operations, job processes, and physical demandsDevelop recommendations aimed at reducing injury risk and improving employee safetySupport continuous improvement initiatives related to workforce health and ergonomicsDocumentation & ReportingMaintain accurate and detailed documentation in a timely mannerProvide feedback to employees and client leadership regarding health and safety opportunitiesUnderstand and report key program metrics to leadership, client partners, and operations managementThis does not necessarily list all responsibilities, duties, requirements, or efforts associated with the job.
