Condominium Resort Operations Lead Manson, WA | $30-$32.00/hr + Benefits | Full-Time A Day in the Life by Lake Chelan

It’s a crisp morning in Manson, WA. You arrive at a thriving, greater-than-100-unit condominium resort, coffee in hand, and start your walk-through. Housekeeping is setting priorities, maintenance has a few work orders queued up, and the front desk is preparing for weekend arrivals. You’re the steady hand that aligns it all—coaching department leads, smoothing guest touchpoints, and ensuring property owners, guests, and team members experience excellence from open to close.

Express Employment Professionals of Wenatchee has partnered with a well-established resort community to hire a hospitality professional who can orchestrate seamless daily operations and inspire high performance. Weekend hours are required, and your leadership will be most visible on high-volume days—especially Fridays and Sundays.

What You’ll Lead

• Housekeeping operations, including oversight of contracted housekeeping services
• Maintenance operations, work order flow, and preventative maintenance programs
• Front desk and guest services, ensuring a warm, efficient arrival and departure experience
• Daily resort operations across a condominium property with 100+ units

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Guide and support department managers and front desk staff to hit service and quality targets
• Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance to keep turnover on time and facilities guest-ready
• Leverage the property management system to track work, performance, and results
• Maintain high standards for guest rooms and all resort amenities
• Coach, train, and develop team members to build capability and consistency
• Troubleshoot operational issues while keeping guest service front and center
• Foster a positive, professional, and productive work environment
• Collaborate with leadership on continuous improvement of resort operations

What You Bring

You’re an upbeat, organized leader who enjoys building structure and elevating service in a hospitality setting.

• Background in hospitality, hotel, resort, or property management leadership
• Experience overseeing multiple teams or department managers
• Clear communicator with exceptional customer service instincts
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; comfortable with technology and PMS tools
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Professional presence and a servant-leadership mindset
• Availability to work Fridays and Sundays year-round (with flexibility on other days)

Compensation & Benefits

• $30.00 per hour (approximately $66,500 annually)
