• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient goals and needs

• Provide speech therapy sessions to pediatric and adult patients, including individuals with developmental delays, traumatic brain injuries, and neurodegenerative diseases

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans

• Stay current with industry developments and best practices in speech therapy

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field (n/a years of experience required)

• Certified or eligible for certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP or CF-SLP)

• Texas license or eligibility for licensure

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
