Crisis Hotline Specialist — On-Site 211/988 Support

The Contra Costa Crisis Center seeks a Full Time Contact Specialist to answer calls on our 211 and 24/7 crisis lines, 988 Lifeline, and after-hours lines. You will provide emotional support, crisis counseling, and referrals, upholding ethics and confidentiality in a fast-paced 24/7 call center. On-site in Walnut Creek, CA, with regular supervision and training commitments. In this role you will build rapport with distressed callers, ensure safe connections to resources, and work closely with a #J-18808-Ljbffr Contra-Costa-Crisis-Center
