Chestertown Nursing and Rehab is currently hiring a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant!

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited university with a BA or Associates degree in Physical Therapy that is recognized by the APTA.
- Holds current license and/or registration in the state (as applicable)
Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of a PT according to state practice guidelines.
- Assist PT in identifying appropriate patients and referring them to rehab accordingly.
- Document patient’s daily participation and progress on progress note in an accurate and timely fashion, and obtain the co-signature of the PT.
- Ensure MD orders are obtained for treatments, recertifications and discharges.
- Assist with other documentation requirements as indicated and according to state guidelines
Rates may factor by experience: $27-35, PRN $35-40
