Sleep. Greet. Repeat: Our Customer Service Representatives manage all incoming calls, greet visitors, build and run multiple reports, and update data in our company software while providing support to our Sales team. We take great pride in choosing Customer Service Representatives who are customer-focused, enjoy talking to people, have advanced computer knowledge and can stay organized. This position requires strong communication skills and will work from our Kalamazoo headquarters Monday-Fridays from 9am-6pm.A Day in the LifeArrive to the office on time and ready to workAssist in answering incoming calls and emails for the Customer Service teamGreet all visitors and notify co-workers when their guest has arrivedProcess internal salesSetup new customers and update data in company softwareRun licensing reports for the state and notify sales team of any changesOrder office supplies for the Kalamazoo headquartersOpen, sort and distribute the mailManage the company calendar and conference room reservationsRequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent and some college education preferred One or more years' administrative experience18 years of age or olderStrong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookAbility to multi-task and pay attention to detail while working within deadlinesStrong organizational skillsMust possess superior communication and customer service skills, confidentiality and professionalismAbility to problem solve and make decisions quickly and efficientlySelf-starter with a great attitude and desire to interact with all types of peopleAbility to be patient and polite in order to create positive interactionsLike a fine wine, Imperial Beverage has been getting better with age since 1933.
