Job Title: Production Assembler

Location: Sacred Heart, MN

Compensation: $16.00 per hour - paid weekly

Schedule: 2nd Shift | 4:15pm-2:45am | Monday-Thursday

Job Type: Temporary or Temp-to-hire

About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Assemblers for a leading manufacturing company located in Sacred Heart, MN. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information! What You'll Do:

• Assemble plastic putty knives in multiple sizes
• Attach steel knives to handles using a universal stamping machine with two hand control
• Apply labels to knives and handle components
• Use the Vandorn machine to place caps on putty knife ends
• Operate Clark forklifts to move materials as needed
• Use the Little David machine to tape boxes shut
• Operate a Universal Labeling system equipped with a safety light curtain

What You Need to Bring:

• Ability to operate forklifts and production machinery safely
• Strong attention to detail for accurate assembly and labeling
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodations
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and workplace regulations
• Reliable transportation to the Sacred Heart area
• Ability to pass pre employment screenings if required
