Job Description Job Description Senior Paralegal - Estates / Corporate / Litigation Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized professional with 10+ years of paralegal experience preferred to support a busy practice. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The paralegal will support various practice areas, including transactional matters, wills, trusts, estates, and litigation . Salary: $70,000-$85,000, commensurate with experience Benefits: Health insurance, 401(k), parking, and additional benefits Key Responsibilities * Communicate regularly with clients, including participation in client meetings and document signings * Assist in drafting estate documents, deeds, board consents, stockholder consents, corporate formations, corporate governance, and financing documentation * Assist with estate administration tasks, including preparation of accountings * Maintain and organize minute books, stock ledgers, and other corporate records * Manage deadlines and maintain accurate files and records * Maintain the highest level of confidentiality, integrity, and ethical standards * Electronically file documents in various courts and jurisdictions * Support litigation matters as needed * Create and maintain standard forms and templates * Conduct legal research * Support compliance matters, including external filings, registrations, and licenses * Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned Qualifications and Requirements * Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved institution * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and teleconferencing software * Experience with Clio or similar legal practice management software preferred * Strong proofreading skills and meticulous attention to detail * Ability to work independently, manage workflow efficiently, and exercise sound judgment * Punctuality and reliability required Work Environment * Full-time, in-office position Company Description We are a well-established small law firm providing personalized legal services in estate planning, trusts and estates, corporate matters, and litigation.
