Position: Administrative Assistant / Project Coordinator
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:304:30
Pay: Based on experience
Coordinate contractors and project schedules
Prepare bids, agreements, and invoices
Handle purchase orders, billing, expenses, and travel arrangements
Maintain job folders, spreadsheets, and project logs
Assist with general office duties and communication What Were Looking For:
Strong communication + organization skills
Experience with Microsoft Office
Ability to read basic drawings/technical docs
Great customer service and time management
