Surgery - Trauma Physician

Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule: 4-6 24-hour call shifts per month, primary 6a-6a in-house call, backup 6a-6a offsite call, rotating every other day
• Job Setting: Inpatient, Trauma Level I
• Types of Cases: Level 1 Trauma Service - Acute Care Surgery
• Credentialing: 90 days, emergency credentialing available

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified Surgical Critical Care and General Surgery
• Surgical Critical Care fellowship required
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ATLS, DEA
• Licensure: Active Arizona license or IMLC with LOQ in hand
