Finance & Administration Controller

We are seeking an experienced Finance & Administration Controller to oversee the financial and administrative operations of a U.S. subsidiary of a Korean trading/manufacturing company.

This is a hands-on, broad-based leadership role responsible for accounting, financial reporting, treasury and cash management, tax coordination, HR/payroll administration, and general corporate administration.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Controller, CFO, Finance Director/Manager, or equivalent senior finance professional, preferably within a Korean-owned U.S. subsidiary.

This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently in a lean organization and acting as a key liaison between U.S. operations and Korean headquarters.
