Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Director of Product Innovation to design and execute the brand’s next phase of growth. You will own the end-to-end pipeline—from napkin sketch to national launch—building the stage-gate system that governs how ideas move through Marketing, Culinary, Operations, and Finance to scale.
You will lead hands-on development across baked goods, beverages, and new categories while managing budgets and partnerships.
