Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full‑Time Hadley Pointe for Nursing Rehab and Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an LPN at our long‑term care facility, you will provide high‑quality patient care and make a positive impact on the lives of our residents. Job Responsibilities Make rounds to observe and evaluate physical, emotional, and social needs of residents Prepare and administer medications as required Administer treatments and consult with physicians Communicate with director of nursing and staff Job Requirements Long‑term care experience preferred Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing and currently licensed in Massachusetts Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills Demonstrates good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills Work Schedule Full‑time and part‑time opportunities available Application Process Walk‑ins welcomed.
