Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Rocky Ford, Colorado. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapy Assistant Discipline: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Make a real difference as a travel PTA with Jackson Therapy Partners! You’ll work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active—under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Skilled nursing facility experience required. Assignment Details Schedule: Monday through Friday. Shift length: 8-hour days. Setting includes two separate buildings, including outpatient space connected to psych and a separate building with skilled nursing beds. Expected patient volume is approximately 9 to 10 patients per day. Current census is 79. Productivity expectation is 85% or higher.
