• Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned business groups, delivering strategic and day-to-day talent support.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Proven ability to coach and influence leaders in complex organizations.
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and employment law knowledge.
• Annual salary range of $105,000 to $135,000 depending on location.
