Rate: $250/hr on 1099 with Travel, Lodging and Malpractice Coverage

• 40-hour work week
• 4x10 schedule: Monday Thursday or Tuesday Friday
• Must be available to work all 4 weeks per month
• One evening call shift per week
• One weekend call shift every 6 weeks
• No part-time providers accepted

• Level III Trauma Facility
• Dedicated Cardiac Anesthesia Team
• Care Team Model

• 100% Cardiac / Cardiothoracic Surgery
• Open Heart Procedures
• CABGs
• Valve Replacements
• Aortic Root Procedures
• Pericardial Windows
• Thoracic/Lung Cases
• Laser Lead Removals
• Rib Platings
• Small ECMO Program
• 2 5 cardiac cases per day

• CRNAs do not place arterial lines
• CRNAs do not place central lines
• CRNAs do not place/remove or interpret TEE
• Average callback volume is low
• Weekend call typically ranges from 0 2 callbacks

• Epic (Highly Preferred)

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Active State License or Compact License
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS preferred
• Cardiac/Open Heart experience required
