• Monday - Friday schedule, 7:30 am - 5 pm
• 75% clinical and 25% administrative responsibilities
• Leadership role managing and evaluating primary care providers
• Involvement in hiring, performance improvement, and budget management
• Value-based care and managed care experience is a strong plus
• Comprehensive on-site services including ultrasound, Echo, EKG, and spirometry
• Phone-based call shared among the group
• Board-certified geriatric medicine physician required
