Job Description:

The role involves working as a Social Worker in a healthcare setting without clinical involvement, primarily focusing on renal failure patients at a dialysis center. Travel or tele visits to sister locations in Williston and Turtle Lake may be required.

Responsibilities:

Provide social work services at a dialysis center focusing on renal failure patients
Travel or conduct tele visits to additional locations as needed

Requirements:

MSW or LCSW with ND Licensure
BLS Certification
1 year of experience
Willingness to travel to sister locations
