About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its mission of helping individuals and families overcome the effects of substance abuse. The successful CEO will be a compelling and strategic leader with the ability to set and realize outcomes-oriented objectives. Key responsibilities include setting clear, measurable goals, providing inspiring leadership, and nurturing a high-performing, inclusive work culture. The role also involves working with the board of directors to evaluate and determine the organization's strategic direction, as well as ensuring financial and operational leadership aligned with best practices. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), strong financial acumen, and experience in fundraising and external relations. Personal attributes such as emotional intelligence, superior communication skills, and a deep passion for the mission are essential.
