Outside Golf Operations Manager Golf Course in La Quinta, California is looking for an Outside Golf Operations Manager. Position Overview: Responsible for all aspects related to managing the day‑to‑day operations. Requirements: 3-5 years golf industry experience. Must possess exceptional organizational skills and high internal standards of hospitality, quality, and service. Ability to create plans, set goals and achieve targets. Demonstrated ability to build team, motivate staff and participate in team environment. Strong ability to train and develop staff. Demonstrated strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. Demonstrated results‑oriented ability and capable of working with minimal direction. Strong ability to work with deadlines. Strong computer skills. PGA apprentice or member preferred. Proficient in Golf Genius. High Volume Golf Facility experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Guest service focused. Positive and pleasant demeanor. Ability to work with all levels in organization. Excellent team player with ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Valid Driver’s License. Must be able to work well under pressure. Must be able to accurately follow instructions, both verbally and written. Must be highly detailed orientated. Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment. Must have excellent listening skills. Must possess excellent communication skills. Must be professional in appearance and demeanor. Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with the guests and associates. Must have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
