Zola Restaurant, located in Randolph, New Jersey.

We're looking for reliable, friendly, and hardworking team members to join our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a busy setting. These roles require proficiency in handling the clover systems.

Open Positions:

• Bartender – Experience preferred. Must be able to prepare cocktails, provide excellent customer service, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Server – Friendly, organized, and customer-focused. Experience is a plus but we're willing to train the right person.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and service area, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Demonstrate Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation to enhance the guest experience.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling policies.

Experience (Bartender preferred)

• Previous bartending/ serving experience in a fine dining setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry is essential.
