What You'll Do Plan, coordinate, and represent our agency at local community events and sponsorships Organize event logistics, including setup, teardown, and booth management Attend community events, festivals, parades, and networking opportunities as the face of our agency Create engaging content for Facebook and Instagram, including photos, videos, stories, and posts Capture photos and videos during community events for future marketing content Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, schools, and community groups Help identify new opportunities to increase our agency's visibility within the community Track marketing activities and suggest creative ideas to improve engagement What We're Looking For Outgoing, friendly personality with strong communication skills Creative mindset with an eye for social media and marketing trends Comfortable attending and interacting with the public at community events Organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Experience creating content for Facebook and Instagram preferred Reliable transportation for local events Schedule & Compensation Some evenings and weekends required for community events, festivals, and parades Hourly pay of $16-$20 per hour, based on experience Why Join Our Agency?
