Campus Relations Specialist UNLV Enrollment Management, Campus Relations and Visitor Experience [R0151864] Responsibilities Provide direct support, analysis and advice via chat, text, phone and in‑person visits. Create and curate knowledge articles, chat utterances, and web articles to improve machine learning and agent knowledge across chat, campus and visitor outreach. Manage multiple support avenues, researching account activities, troubleshooting issues, and escalating when necessary. Ensure clear, concise communication, recognizing written tone, asking for clarification and reassuring visitors. Serve as the front line for student/customer service, accessing a wide breadth of campus programs, policies, processes and technology. Adapt to technology trends and suggest tech‑savvy solutions. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent as described below. 1–3 years of related professional experience. Acceptable Equivalencies Four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree. Associate’s degree plus two additional years of relevant experience.
