Product Manager

Role Overview

As a Product Manager for Digital Commercial Platforms, you will drive the execution, roadmap, and delivery of business-facing tools for a global leader in biopharmaceuticals. This role requires a unique blend of process-driven project management, product lifecycle execution, and a deep understanding of regulated life sciences or sales environments. You will bridge the gap between cross-functional business stakeholders (Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs) and technical development teams to deploy high-value, non-coding digital solutions that directly support field teams and physicians.

What You Will Be Doing

• Product Requirements & Use Cases: Lead the hands-on creation of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, detailed user stories, and use cases.
• CRM & Implementation Delivery: Oversee the implementation, configuration, and optimization of enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and content management systems.
• Strategic Prioritization: Act effectively as a hybrid Project/Product Manager to prioritize project initiatives, track milestone dependencies, and manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
• Lifecycle Management: Direct the end-to-end delivery of digital solutions through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), driving everything from planning and requirements gathering through UAT to final production.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with business stakeholders, UX designers, marketing teams, and IT systems specialists to ensure high user enablement and rapid field adoption.

Required Experience & Skills

• Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience operating as a hybrid Product Manager, Product Owner, or Project Manager delivering enterprise digital platforms.
• Domain Expertise: Working knowledge of pharmaceutical markets, biotechnology, or the broader healthcare ecosystem, with a preferred focus on Omnichannel strategy.
• CRM & Tooling Stack: Hands-on experience with enterprise management tools—specifically Jira and Smartsheet (or MS Project)—and familiarity with platforms like Salesforce (Sales Cloud/Marketing Cloud) or SiteCore CMS.
• Non-Technical Focus: Proven ability to collaborate with developers and manage software releases without requiring personal coding or deep engineering background.
• Communication & Influence: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority in a matrixed environment.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Technology, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
