About the Position

Job Title: Psychiatric RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Psychiatric Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8H Day Hours per Shift: 07:00-15:30 Experience: Previous pediatric psychiatric experience and phlebotomy experience License: RN License Certifications: BLS, CPI Must-Have: Must be willing to perform blood draws on pediatric/adolescent population Description: Psych RN needed for an immediate start. 1st shift only. Weekends required. This position involves working with a pediatric patient population. Performs general or specialized nursing duties under the direction of the Nurse Manager. Responsible for the care and treatment of residents. Utilizes the nursing process in the administration of medication and medical treatment. Engages in comprehensive treatment planning with a multidisciplinary treatment team. Upholds the vision and mission of the agency through the utilization of Practice Model theories, beliefs, and principles in daily practice.
