Job Title: Restaurant Assistant General Manager / General Manager (Fast-Casual)
Location: Spring Branch, TX (Convenient North San Antonio / Bulverde Commute)
Salary: $60,000 base salary + $10,000 Annual Bonus Potential
Schedule: 5 Days a Week (Operating hours: Tue–Sun, 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM). 

Two Guaranteed Days Off (Mondays + 1 Weekday)

About Our Concept:
We are a high-volume, family-friendly fast-casual restaurant located in a rapidly growing community in the Spring Branch area. We feature a great scratch-casual menu packed with Texas favorites: gourmet burgers, premium chicken sandwiches, fresh vibrant salads, wings, and appetizers like fried mushrooms. We are famous for our comfort-food plates, including chicken fried chicken and chicken fried steak.

We feature a massive, kid-friendly outdoor playground making us a staple for local families. While we serve beer, wine, and liquor to our guests, we are proudly a family-focused restaurant— not a late-night bar.  

What We Offer:

• Total Compensation Opportunity: $60,000 base salary + performance bonuses up to $10,000.
• True Work/Life Balance: Two guaranteed, set days off per week (Always closed on Mondays, plus an additional assigned weekday).
• No Late Nights: Operating window is strictly 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM. No 2:00 AM bar closes or early breakfast shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee total restaurant operations (FOH and BOH) during high-volume family dining shifts.
• Manage, schedule, and inspire a customer-first team to deliver great hospitality.
• Ensure absolute kitchen consistency across high-volume burger, appetizer, and chicken fried plate execution.
• Maintain a safe, impeccably clean, and high-energy environment (including playground safety and cleanliness).
• Oversee beer/wine/liquor inventory controls, shift cash-outs, and standard ordering.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Restaurant Management, Assistant General Manager, or high-volume Shift Lead experience (Fast-casual or family-dining environment preferred).
• Comfortable managing a fast-paced environment where kids and families are the primary guest base.
• Strong team-building skills and the ability to maintain a positive, professional workplace culture.
• Reliable transportation for daily operations in the Spring Branch/Bulverde area.
