Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an opportunity to work with a dedicated team committed to delivering excellent healthcare services.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients upon arrival to determine severity and prioritize care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and health management.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, including code blues and rapid responses.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active California RN license without restrictions.
• Possess BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Demonstrate at least 1 year of recent ER nursing experience.
• Provide proof of negative TB screen within the past 12 months.
• Exhibit strong critical thinking and communication skills.
