Job Description:

We are seeking a Registered Nurse for the NICU unit. The position involves providing care following AWHONN acuity standards, attending high-risk deliveries, and supporting postpartum and well-baby care.

Responsibilities:

• Take couplet assignments for postpartum mothers and their babies up to a 1:3 ratio.
• Attend deliveries and manage common neonatal diagnoses such as TTN, RDS, hyperbilirubinemia, and hypoglycemia.

Requirements:

• BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications required.
• Experience with NICU Level II facilities and managing neonatal care.
