This role is ideal for someone early in their QA career with a strong attention to detail, curiosity, and interest in creative and retail execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to review and validate planograms and related deliverables, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, learning, and developing core QA capabilities in a fast-paced environment. This role is remote and must be willing to work in Pacific time zone hours.Responsibilities:Execution & Quality ReviewPerform detailed QA reviews of planograms and retail deliverables to ensure accuracy in layout, spacing, product placement, and visual consistencySupport validation of deliverables against established specifications and guidelinesIdentify, document, and track defects, ensuring issues are clearly described and actionableTesting & Process SupportAssist in executing QA testing workflows across multiple projectsFollow established QA processes and checklists to support consistent, high-quality outputsContribute to maintaining documentation for QA standards and best practicesCollaboration & CommunicationPartner with project management, creative, and product teams to clarify requirements and resolve issuesCommunicate findings, risks, and updates clearly to team membersCollaborate with distributed and cross-functional teams to support timely deliveryBrand & Compliance ValidationReview deliverables to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and creative standardsAssist in verifying accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) where applicableContinuous ImprovementProactively identify opportunities to improve QA processes and workflowsBuild a strong understanding of tools, systems, and QA methodologiesSeek feedback and continuously develop QA expertiseQualifications:Experience: 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a detail-oriented production/creative roleExposure to retail, merchandising, or creative production environments is a plusSkills & Capabilities:Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies or errorsAbility to follow structured QA processes and apply checklists effectivelyStrong organization and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesClear and professional communication skillsTechnical Skills:Familiarity with tools such as Adobe InDesign (or similar design tools) is a plusExposure to project tracking tools like Jira or similar systemsBasic understanding of defect tracking and QA documentationPreferred:Interest or familiarity with planograms or retail merchandisingDrafting experience is a plusAwareness of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional environmentsAdditional information:The Power of One starts with our people! This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
