Full Time Lead CT Technologist - Up to $60+/hr!

Lead Ct Department

Lead a high-volume CT department at a state-of-the-art imaging center near Indio, CA, driving operational excellence, staff development, and quality assurance to deliver exceptional diagnostic imaging services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage daily CT department operations
2. Oversee and train technologists, conduct interviews, assist hiring, and evaluate skills
3. Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer and Center Manager on protocol review and development
4. Serve as the staff expert in advanced CT scanning, including cardiac CT
5. Coordinate vendor maintenance and repair for all CT imaging equipment
6. Ensure compliance with ACR Accreditation and quality assurance standards
7. Develop and maintain effective staff scheduling and workflow processes
8. Assist in ongoing staff evaluations and foster a positive, collaborative team environment
9. Perform high-level CT procedures with proficiency using Siemens equipment
10. Facilitate high-volume patient throughput while maintaining image quality and safety

Qualifications:

• CT Certification (ARRT)
• BCLS Certification
• California IV Certification
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a high-volume CT environment
• Prior experience with ACR Accreditation and protocol development
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Experience with Siemens CT scanners
• Proven ability to train and mentor new technologists

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in cardiac CT and advanced imaging techniques
• Experience with Philips CT scanners
