Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for our Bemus Point, NY client.


We are seeking motivated Residential Remodelers to join our team. Candidates must have a strong work ethic, be dependable, and be willing to work in a fast-paced construction environment. Responsibilities may vary depending on project needs but will include general labor duties, assisting skilled trades, site cleanup, and basic tool use.

Responsibilities

• Assist with various construction tasks as directed
• Load, unload, and move materials on job sites
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools (training provided for beginners)
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Support skilled workers such as carpenters, masons, and equipment operators
• Follow all safety guidelines and instructions
• Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, and standing for long periods

Requirements

• Good work ethic and reliability are a must
• Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Safety-conscious mindset

Hours are M-F 8 am to 4 pm with opportunity for overtime.

Pay Range:

• Entry Level (No Experience): $16.00-$16.50 per hour
• 2 Years Experience: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
• 3+ Years Experience: $25.00+ per hour
