We're looking for an experienced Quality Project Specialist (Non-Conformance) to lead the resolution of product and site quality issues from start to finish at the Houston, TX location with $37/hr pay for a 1 year contract with possibility of temp to perm opportunity . What You’ll Do

• Manage site non-conformance (NC) cases from initial reporting through final resolution
• Investigate defects, identify root causes, and document findings
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Suppliers, and Field teams to determine the best solution
• Track materials, approvals, and deliveries to ensure timely issue resolution
• Lead efforts to reduce resolution times and improve overall quality performance
• Prepare reports, monitor key performance metrics, and provide project updates
• Participate in weekly quality meetings and help drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure all activities comply with company procedures and quality standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred
• Approximately 6 years of experience in Quality, Engineering, Field Service, or Non-Conformance Management (Hiring Manager is flexible for candidates with highly relevant experience)
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills
• Experience working in quality or manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards
• Oil & Gas industry or industrial product experience is a plus
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and project coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
